Echo's work, rooted in the Human System Approach, is designed to help move beyond crisis management and harm reduction towards capacity building.
Through the use of predictive analytics and ecological assessment we help evaluate and improve the effectiveness and impact of current policies, procedures and practices.
We are then able to provide unique and relevant supports to students, schools, school systems, families and the organizations that serve them.

Echo's proven HSA helps schools and teachers integrate social-emotional learning and self-regulation into instruction, policies, procedures, and practices. HSA uses predictive analytics, including an understanding of protective and risk factors, to help predict and prevent disruptive behaviors.

Disproportionality & Over-identification
Echo, through utilizing Human Systems and our Cognitive Behavioral Approach, helps to identify and address the contributing factors leading to the over-representation of under served students identified with a learning or other types of disabilities (disproportionality) and over-identification in youth.
